1. Who we are
Teamstoviewticker Ltd ("Teamstoviewticker", "we", "us") operates the archery simulator and training library at teamstoviewticker.xyz. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 15820471, with our registered office at Unit 7, Fletchers Yard, 42 Longbow Road, Bristol BS3 4QT. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question, contact [email protected] or write to the address above marked "Data Protection".
2. What we collect
We designed the range to work without an account. We collect as little personal data as possible:
- Contact enquiries: your name, email address, chosen topic and message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Consent record: your cookie and storage choices and the time you made them, stored in your own browser.
- Functional preferences (optional): your selected distance, wind regime and personal best scores, stored only in your browser's local storage and only if you allow functional storage.
- Analytics (optional): aggregated, anonymous page metrics such as page views and load performance, only if you allow analytics.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and request times for security and fault diagnosis.
Your shots, scores and telemetry are calculated in your browser. We do not upload match data to our servers.
3. How and why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide support — legitimate interests, or steps prior to a contract where relevant.
- To remember your range settings and personal bests — your consent.
- To understand how the site performs in aggregate — your consent.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles or make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors who help us run the service, under written contracts that require them to protect it: our web host, our email provider and, if you consent, our privacy-focused analytics provider. Where a processor handles data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last correspondence.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Browser storage: until you clear it, change your preferences or withdraw consent. Rejecting functional storage deletes saved preferences and personal bests immediately.
6. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
7. Security and children
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.
