1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of teamstoviewticker.xyz, including the Forest Range simulator and the training briefings (together, the "Service"), provided by Teamstoviewticker Ltd, company number 15820471, Unit 7, Fletchers Yard, 42 Longbow Road, Bristol BS3 4QT. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment and education. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including physics parameters, scoring rules and briefing content. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Simulation, not instruction
The simulator uses a simplified physics model. Figures in the briefings are approximations intended to illustrate principles, and results will differ from real equipment, arrows and conditions. Nothing on the Service is professional coaching or safety advice.
Real-world safety: archery equipment can cause serious injury. Always shoot at an approved range, follow the range officer's instructions and your national governing body's safety rules, and never apply sight or draw changes learned here without qualified supervision.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the Service or its content without written permission;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our contact channels.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, graphics, text, diagrams and the Teamstoviewticker name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Teamstoviewticker Ltd. You may view and print briefings for personal training and share links to any page. Clubs and coaches wishing to use content in teaching materials should contact us for permission.
6. Scores and stored data
Scores and personal bests are stored only in your browser if you enable functional storage. They are not verified and have no monetary value. We are not responsible for scores lost when browser storage is cleared. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on simulation figures or briefing content. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
